Returns & Exchanges

  1. Register your return online or contact client services: please click the red link "Initiate a domestic return" below and follow the steps.
  2. Prepare your package: Place your item in its original packaging and with the original receipt
  3. Put the pre-paid label, included within your order, on your package: Cover old address labels with the new pre-paid label and securely seal your package the box.
  4. Deliver your package to USPS: Drop your package off at any USPS store or pick-up location

Initiate a domestic return

Domestic Returns

We hope that you love your purchase from Sacrize. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase. After 30 days, we can do a refund as store credit.
Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags attached. 
 
Refund will be made in the form of original payment within two weeks of receiving the goods back in our warehouse.
The shipping costs are non-refundable from the original order. The returning orders will be subject to the cost of return shipping, which will be deducted from the refund. 
Final sale items cannot be refunded.

International Returns

We ship internationally to select countries. The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes Sacrize to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees Sacrize may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods. For questions or issues please contact [email protected].
We accept returns of unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

You will be responsible for shipping the item back via a tracked mail carrier. Sacrize is unable to provide international return labels at this time. Customer to pay the cost of shipping the package back to Sacrize via a tracked service. We do not reimburse for the postage required to return.
All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Exchange

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like to make an exchange, simply return the original unused order back to us for a refund and make a new purchase for the item you want through our site.
